History and Industry (MOHAI). This is the homepage of the museum

websites that have numerous primary sources. We have found pictures
and artifacts and documents galore. HistoryLink &endash; has
links to abstracts and photographs/neighborhood histories throughout
the years. The
Seattle Times Daily News &endash; 100 years of stories in the
Pacific Northwest, this site was designed for teachers, students and
other PNW studiers. Seattle
General Strike Project This site contains links to many
individual accounts as well as published accounts of the strike. University
of Washington Libraries Digital Collections. If you link on
explore connections you get to a page where you can link to different
subtopics of PNW. Each of these subtopics then contain pictures and
accounts of different events throughout PNW history. **Great Site
Center for Columbia River
History. Links to community and oral histories can be found along
with links to university sites around the area. The Washington State Historical
Society. This site has exhibit pictures and examples of what
artifacts are included in the different exhibits along with other
links to facilities and general information. American
Life Histories which includes manuscripts from the Federal
Writer's Project, 1936-1940. Links include information on how to
understand the site and analyze the information. American
Indians of the Pacific Northwest. Site is similar to above in
format just a different focus. Great pictures and examples. The
Songs of Woody Guthrie, this site has the song titles and words
for each of Guthrie's works. There is also a wealth of information
from individual responses to his songs and background about why the
songs were written and for what purpose. Pacific
Northwest Historians Guild. This site lists 25 of their favorite
resources for the study of PNW History. Some links have already been
referred to above but many are different and showcase different areas
of the region. Northwest Museum of Arts
