Renaissance
The Middle Ages is the name given to over one thousand years of European history from about A.D. 300 to A.D. 1500. This period is called medieval from the Latin words medius-mid and aevum-age. The Middle Ages means the period between the break up of
the Roman Empire and our modern western world that began around A.D.
1500.
For the next.....weeks we will be learning about the Middle Ages in Europe. We may be involved in the some of the following
activities. A group project where our class may build a Medieval
community, lecture and discussions, homework study questions,
vocabulary, European map, a lesson on brass rubbing art, and student
